Shipping Information

At Rimu Furniture Store, we take pride in ensuring your furniture arrives safely and promptly. We deliver throughout New Zealand, including rural and remote areas.

  • Auckland Metro: Delivery within 4–7 weeks.
  • North & South Island (outside Auckland): Delivery within 5–10 weeks depending on location.
  • Rural Deliveries: Additional time may be required. Please contact us for a quote.

All items are carefully packed to prevent damage. Larger furniture pieces will be delivered by our trusted freight partners with appropriate handling. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Pickup Option

You’re welcome to pick up your furniture directly from our Penrose showroom. Please contact us to schedule a convenient pickup time. We’ll ensure your order is ready and assist with loading where needed.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your furniture. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund as applicable. Please include photos and a detailed description when contacting us.
